Cancellation policy

Standard rate : free cancellation up to 21 days to arrival , in this case deposit will be refunded in full

                         20 - 1 day to arrival cancellation cost is 30% of the total , so deposit as compensation

                         non show without prior notice and earlier departure during stay is charged with 100% of the total

Club rate :      free cancellation up to 30 days to arrival , in this case deposit will be refunded in full 

                        29 - 15 days to arrival cancellation cost is 30% of the total 

                        14 days and less to arrival , no show and early departure is charged with 100% of the total

Non refundable rate : no modification or cancellation is allowed and cancellation fee is 100%

We warmly welcome one dog in the pool house, with a maximum weight of 8kg. 

PET HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Your pet must have up-to-date vaccinations as recommended by a licensed veterinarian. You agree
to provide current vaccination records upon request. We may ask for this information
at any time during your stay.

PET ETIQUETTE
• Dogs must be well-behaved and should not be left unattended in the room for extended periods.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
To ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, our housekeeping team will service your room
only when:
• Your pet is not in the room, or
• You are present to supervise your pet
